During your consultation, we'll listen as you tell us what's going on, how it has been affecting your life, and what you're looking for in a coach, so we can build the best program for you.
We'll get to know each other, answer all of your questions, and schedule your Full Body movement assessment!
You’ll complete an online full body movement assessment LIVE with your DPT coach performing different movements, tests, and screens.
Your coach will then use all the info from your consultation, movement assessment, and application to build a customized program just for YOU!
With daily feedback, regular virtual sessions with your coach, weekly check ins, and a rehab plan designed specifically for you and your goals, you’ll finally feel confident in the gym and excited to live a life without pain.

We offer a variety of martial arts disciplines, including Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, and Taekwondo. Each class is designed to cater to different skill levels and fitness goals.
No prior experience is required. Our classes are suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors provide personalized guidance to help you progress at your own pace.
For your first class, wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. If you're joining a martial arts class, we recommend wearing a clean, comfortable gi or workout attire. Protective gear will be provided for your safety.
